Whatever medical technology MindFlux develops is fully licensed to Crazy by Chiari Inc., the nonprofit behind CrazyByChiari.org. The grant covers medical technologies developed now and medical technologies MindFlux develops later. It is not a list of one project.
The licensee
Crazy by Chiari Inc. is a Maryland 501(c)(3) built by and for people living with Chiari malformation. The name takes back the word patients are too often handed when symptoms are invisible and answers take years. The organization gives patients education, peer support, and a map through the diagnosis, and it stands with the clinicians and researchers who treat Chiari. Their site is crazybychiari.org.
The grant
MindFlux grants Crazy by Chiari Inc. a full license to every medical technology MindFlux develops. The nonprofit may use, host, operate, present, and apply those technologies in its work. MindFlux remains the developer. Crazy by Chiari Inc. is the licensee.
