Priority: HIGH | MEDIUM | LOW IDs are stable. Never reuse an ID after it's closed.

• 3 LOW Nonsense queries: gate re-enabled 2026-09-27 (gibberish answered 10/20 -> 3/20, real refused 0/20); left: definition path ("when did the frobnicator war end"), "define <junk>" general dump
• 8 MEDIUM "explain <made-up thing>" goes to /teach, which writes an invented tutorial with no sources (~100s), ignoring AEGIS_QUERY_ALLOW_LLM=0 / ALLOW_WEB=0
• 4 LOW Tallest-building class: list-reject has no web fallback, goes to 38s general pipeline
• 5 LOW APPL ticker (invalid) falls through to general pipeline instead of stock_no_data terminal
• 7 PLANNED Step 3 roadmap: deterministic formatter to replace LLM synthesis on most queries
