These are the project’s own write-ups, rendered so you can read them on chief. When a page and the repo disagree, the repo is the one a later session will edit.

| Handoff | HANDOFF.md | Stable facts: hardware, ports, pipeline, voice, the phone, the archive, Signal Walk, Aegion. Rewritten 25 September and extended through 3 October. The live memory numbers come from ./aegis-handoff, not from this copy. |

| Early changelog | CHANGELOG.md | 13 September only. Stale on purpose after that. |
| Transfer | TRANSFER.md | How the files are split across the machine, written 21 September. |

| Readme | README.md | The short entry point. Some lines still describe the machine as 3.2 GB; the handoff’s 7.8 GB measurement is the later one. |
| Discovery snapshot | DISCOVERY_REPORT.md | 14 September, 30,940 lines. A read-only listing of routes and handlers as they were that afternoon. It is not the current map. |
